Although you fulfilled it 14 days ago it is still just "ready to ship" and I have not received the item. This is the 2nd time I have ordered...the first was canceled weeks after placing it. I'm super disappointed because I am also a small business owner and I love being able to support others.
18 days after ordering, we received our package with only one of two items ordered. The packing slip had a hand-written “refund” over the second item but I still have not received a refund or a response from customer service.
SOOO CUTEE, took abt 2weeks to come! it's super adjustable and it is waterproof!
I was not pleased that I ordered three necklaces for gifts for Christmas 12/18, but never received them. In addition, you have not responded to any of my emails. I will not be placing any other orders from your website and have advised my family and friends not to do so either. It doesn't help you don't even have a phone number to call nor do you respond to your emails. Not a great way to promote women owned businesses.
I love this necklace so much. It goes with everything and it’s really comfortable. I love that it’s waterproof and I can wear it anywhere.
The necklace that I bought is super cute! It's adjustable which is nice and I can't wait to swim with it. The only "bad" thing is the excess string. I still love it and wear it all the time.
All my necklaces came in great condition and were soooooooo cute! Wore them to the beach and so far they held up just fine, definitely would purchase more in the future

It's been 14 days since I placed my order and I still haven't received it. I sent an email mentioning it but no response from you. I placed a $40 order on your site and would have appreciated better customer service. I would like to know if I will receive my order one day or if it is possible to obtain a refund
I attempted to contact the owner 4 times over the past two weeks though email and instagram but I got no response. I have to say I’m really disappointed at how unprofessional the customer service is.
