Whither you just don't like the style ordered or your package was damaged during shipping, We are always happy to accept returns and exchanges! At the end of the day, the most important thing to us is that all our customers are happy!

Processing a return...

1. If you would like to place a return for any reason, email us at waveboxx.help@gmail.com ! Please include your order number and full name on the order.

2. Once the request is received we will give you further instructions and information on where to mail the package to.

3. Lastly, once the package has been delivered to our office, we will refund the amount paid through store credit or orginal payment :)
